The Palmer School Bus Drivers will host the 2nd Annual "STUFF THE BUS" event to benefit The Palmer Food Pantry on Saturday & Sunday, Nov. 1st & 2nd from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Bring your non-perishable items to the Rocky's Ace Hardware parking lot, 1583 North Main Street, Palmer and help us to "STUFF THE BUS"!


November 1st Ware Community TV (WCTV), Real Oldies 1250 and Nat Falk Men's Clothing Store, join together with the Ware Coats For Kids campaign.  Join Real Oldies 1250’s DJ Bruce Marshall from 9 to noon at a live broadcast from the WCTV studios.  Donations of new or clean gently worn coats, gloves and hats will be accepted at the following locations: Nat Falk, 64 Main St., any of the Ware Public Schools, Knights Of Columbus, St. Mary's and All Saints Church.  We also accept monetary donations at the Ware Knights Of Columbus, 126 West Main St.  FMI call (413) 967-9797.  10% of all sales on November 1 at Nat Falk goes to the Ware Coats For Kids. You also receive a 10% discount off your purchase price on November 1. Real Oldies 1250 is making a difference for Ware.



November 2 - Join the Pioneer Valley USO of Westover Air Reserve Base for their holiday food drive to support the USO Food Pantry. A truck will be parked outside the door of three locations, BJ’s in Chicopee, the Stop and Shop stores at 672 Memorial Drive in Chicopee AND 57 Main Street in Westfield.   We accept non-perishable food, paper and health and beauty items. Also, cash is always accepted. All work is done by volunteers and board members who spend countless hours giving time and talent to the needs of the Pioneer Valley USO and troop families.  "The tough economy has hit military families pretty hard and the USO Food Pantry is just one way we can help make their lives a bit easier, especially during this holiday season. Demand is high this season as the economy has not rebounded for many of our military families.” says David Jubinville, President of the Pioneer Valley USO.  Join the USO on November 2 for this very important food drive and "Support Our Troops".
