WARE is one of the few radio stations in New England to claim a history spanning more than six decades! Back in 1948, the world was healing from World War II; music was experiencing a crossover of cultures from the Big Band sound to southern blues to Rock 'n' Roll. As music helped to clarify America's objections and celebrations while recording historical events; WARE was there and continues today to bring listeners back to a time and place that signifies nostalgia.

Join us at Pulaski Park in Three Rivers Saturday, August 2 from Noon - 6. Come and join us in celebrating 60 years of broadcasting in your community. We'll have live bands, rolled back prices on hot dogs, hamburgs and ice cream provided by Rondeau's, family fun, and prizes
