Sept 20:  Hot Rods and Hot Dogs, 2nd annual car show.  Calling all classic cars 1989 and older from noon to 4.  Join us for a cruise day on at grounds of Landmark at Monastery Heights.  Trophies, food, 50/50 raffle, music and more.  FMI contact Michelle at 413-781-1282.

Sept 21: Pathfinder Reg Voc Tech High School, 22nd Annual Car Show, 240 Sykes St. (Route 181) Palmer. Presented by Auto Body Skills USA. Registration opens at 9am. Show vehicles are $10 and general admission $2. Judging begins at 12:15pm. Trophies for top 40 plus special categories. Driver's raffle, 50/50, music, food and fun. Dash plaques for first 150 vehicles. All vehicles and motorcycles are welcome. Rain Date: Sunday, Oct 5.  Questions; call 413-584-8101 or

Sept 21:  Memory Cruise to celebrate and remember the lives of cruisers that we have lost.  Mestek Field, 260 North Elm Street in Westfield from 2 - 6 PM.  Rain date of 9/28.  Music by Gary, food and beverage on site.  If you wish to remember a lost cruiser, please provide the name one week in advance.  FMI:  Sherry and Joe 413-569-6167 or Gary 413-562-1346.

Sept 27:  Cruise for Critters from 10 - 3 at River Hollow Family Golf Center in Monson.  Benefit homeless animals at TJ O'Connor Animal Center.  Bring the pups, dogs must be leashed, no retractable or bungees.  K-9 police demo, Fidelco Guide dogs and handlers, photos of you, your dog and car.  FMI:  Alan 413-267-9028.

Sept 28:  The Stars and Stripes Car Club presents a car show at the Holyoke Soldier's Home from 9 - 3 PM.  All years, makes and model cars, trucks, military, police, fire and motorcycles are welcome.  All proceeds benefit the Holyoke Soldiers Home activity fund.  Cost is $10 per vehicle, donations are appreciated by spectators.  FMI contact Dave at 413-575-1037.

Sept 28:  Hambone's 1st Annual Cruise For A Cause, 11 AM - 5 PM at Singletary Rod & Gun Club in Oxford, MA.  Vehicle Registration $10  Spectator admission $5; children under 12 free.  There will be a burnout pad - benefits from burnouts to benefit Boston Children's Hospital. Benefits from cruise to benefit Oxford & Webster animal shelters.  FMI call Adam 508-344-9094

Sept 28:  11th Vettes to Vets event rain or shine at 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.   Drivers meet at Marriott Hotel, 270 Concord Rd in Billerica and at 11:30 and caravan to Bedford Veterans Hospital in Bedford.  Marriott is offering great rates for mentioning Vettes to Vets when reserving your room.  Enjoy a V2V Saturday eveing buffet for $20 pp and Sunday breakfast for $10 pp.  There were over 450 Vettes last year. 

Oct 5:  Vettes in the Village, Covette gathering at Olde Mistick Village in Mystic, CT.  10 - 3 p.m.  with a rain date of October 12.  proceeds benefit local and national charities, Entry fee is $10 per car.  Groups please arrive and park tobether.  FMI:  Paul at 860-460-5507 or Christine at 860-536-4941. 

Oct 26:  16th Annual Hot Rod gatherin and open house at Borgeson, 91 Technology Park Drive in Torrington, CT.  From 9 - 3 with awards at 2. You must be present to win an award.  No year cut off, all are welcome, 50/50 raffle, special motorcycle parking, NSRA appreciation day, food and drinks, shop tours, DJ.  Borgeson is celebrating their 100th Anniversary.
